Today I think I did pretty good! (besides dinner, but I’m just gonna stay on the bright side for now) Here are my meals:
Scrambled eggs with celery, carrots, orange bell pepper, and iced coffee.
Almond butter and jelly sandwich with carrots and grapes.
I had a bowl of top ramen for dinner.
So besides dinner, I’d say I did good. 🐻 (had to try the bear) Have a nice day!

So…what is “real food” in your opinion?
Put simply, in my opinion real food is (preferably) unchanged foods made by God. 🙂
