Simple Iced Coffee Recipe

I personally really like iced coffee. I don’t know why I do, but I do. So I thought I’d share a recipe for simple iced coffee. Yes, I know it’s not the best season to post a recipe for an iced drink. My mind was really stuck on it though. (And it’s really not all that freezing where I live)Anyways, here’s the recipe:

  • Servings: 1
  • Difficulty: easy
  • Print

Note: all ingredient measurements are estimated.

Ingredients:

1 cup of milk (any milk will do)

1 packet of instant coffee

Sugar to taste (I used about 3 TBSP)

1 cup of ice

Some sort of blender

-Pour everything into the blender.

-Blend for about 10 seconds,(depending on the power of your blender) or until ice is completely crushed.

-Enjoy!

The picture above shows what your drink is going to look like. Number 1 is the milk poured in the blender, number 2 is what your drink will look like after all the ingredients have been added,(looks gross, right?)  and number 3 is what it should look like when your done.

I did use less ice than in the recipe though, because I like my iced coffee somewhat liquidy. So if you use a cup or more of ice it should end up less liquidy than mine.

God bless!
